Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Reloca community chats and channels on Telegram, the bot @RelocaChatBot and its Mini App, operated by Media Company, Vietnam. By joining a Reloca chat or using the bot you accept them.

House rules

• No spam, unsolicited ads or self-promotion outside the places meant for it.
• No scams, fake offers, phishing, drugs, adult content or anything illegal.
• Be respectful: no harassment, hate speech or personal attacks.
• Post in English so everyone can follow the conversation.

Moderation

To keep the chats useful, new members confirm they are not a bot, and our bot and moderators may remove messages, mute, remove or ban accounts that break the rules — automatically or manually, without prior notice. If you think a decision was wrong, reply to the bot or email [email protected].

Your content

You are responsible for what you post, including listings, prices and contact details. You allow us to store and show your posts inside Reloca (for example in the listings board or FAQ answers). Do not post other people's personal data without their consent.

Reputation and points

Karma, levels and points reflect activity inside Reloca. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money unless we say otherwise, and may be adjusted or removed if obtained through abuse (fake accounts, vote farming, spam).

No advice, no warranty

Information shared in the chats or by the bot (visas, housing, money, health) comes from community members and automated tools and may be wrong or outdated. It is not legal, financial or medical advice — always check official sources. The service is provided “as is”, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from its use or from deals between members.
